Jason attended New York University, where he earned both his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and his Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. While in his Master’s program, Jason has been intensively trained to see his clients through a multicultural lens. He has over 5 years of specialized experience working with clients who struggle with relationship conflicts both in individual therapy and couples therapy. In sessions, Jason tends to integrate cognitive behavioral therapy, prolonged exposure therapy, mindfulness, existential therapy, the Gottman Method, and positive psychology based on his clients’ treatment goals and individual needs. Jason enjoys creating a judgment-free, safe space for his clients to explore the depths of their interpersonal relationships while they form a more secure relationship with themselves.

Clinical Approach: Jason highly believes in utilizing positive psychology to create the foundation for self-sufficiency and integrating cognitive behavioral approaches to help clients gain self-awareness, develop coping skills, and form secure attachments so that they can find a more fulfilling and self sustaining happiness.
